1. Allow a refund if the boot will not shut at all with the boot liner in - The stiff sides stick out too far and the stiff sides cannot be folded or "tucked in". 2. Remove the words in the ad "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products."
Unfortunately, not true. When I supplied photos, I received a prompt reply that refunds are not allowed unless the product is faulty.
3. Remove the words in the ad that state, in several places, that the boot protector fits all cars, including SUV and hatchback. I have a medium size SUV, with a fairly large boot, and I cannot close the boot. My car is not unusually small. I did not expect a custom fit, but I think it is reasonable to expect to be able to close the boot.
Really impressed with the quality. My dog loves sticking his head over the back seats while we drive, and this keeps the whole boot protected from hair and dirty paws. Fits nicely, looks premium, and cleans up in a couple of minutes. Couldn't ask for more.
I wasn't expecting to love this as much as I do. We take our Golden Retriever everywhere, and my boot used to end up covered in fur and muddy paw prints. This liner fits really well, feels thick and durable, and the side flaps stop scratches when he jumps in. It's also so easy to clean—I just give it a quick wipe after a walk and it's good to go. Definitely one of the most useful things I've bought for my car.
